All content published and made available on our site is the property of Deborah O'Hare the Site's creator. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything which contributes to the composition of our Site.

The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered.

 

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you have paid.  You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Shipping and Delivery.

When you purchase good posts from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following method:

• Standard delivery by Royal Mail.

UK delivery 3-5 business days.

International delivery aims 6-7 business days but may take longer in some areas.

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method.

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or Bank Holidays.

You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.

If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside the United Kingdom, your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying such duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Right to Cancel and Receive Reimbursement.

If you are a customer living in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel your contract to purchase goods and services from us within 14 days without giving notice.

The cancellation period will end 14 days from the date of purchase when you have purchased digital content that was not supplied on a tangible medium.

The cancellation period will end 14 days from the date of purchase when you have purchased non-digital content.

Refunds

Refunds for goods

Refund requests must be made within 14 days after receipt of your goods.

I accept refund requests for goods sold on this site for the following reasons.

         •   Good does not meet the purchaser’s expectations

Returns can be made by mail. Customers are liable for return postage. Once items are returned a refund for item cost and shipping will be refunded. Items must be returned in mint condition

 Refunds do not apply to the following goods

•           Digital files -purchased from my Payhip site.

         Refunds for Services

•           Membership sites.

Your membership requires registration with a valid credit or debit card and is an automatic recurring billing membership. The credit card used to create your membership will be automatically charged the appropriate monthly, or annual membership fee, unless you cancel at least 1 day before the end of your membership date, by visiting your My Account section on the website,

There are no refunds on any membership fees. If you cancel your membership at any time, your recurring billing will cancel and your credit card will not be charged any future membership fees. You WILL still have access to your account for the original membership term.

•            On-line workshops

The 14 day cooling off period applies to any purchase of an on-line workshop provided you have not accessed the paid content. The 14 day period begins on the day of purchase.  If you have accessed the course and for some reason are unhappy please email me to discuss the matter further.

 Consumer Protection Law

If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and Consumer Protection Law, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

Limitation of Liability

Deborah O’Hare will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages liabilities and expenses including legal fees from the use of this Site.

Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Deborah O’Hare from any actions, claims, losses, damages liabilities and expenses including legal fees from the use of this Site or your violations of these Terms and Conditions.
